Why? "Bisexuality is romantic attraction, sexual attraction, or sexual behavior toward both males and females, or to more than one sex or gender." So it should be tagged here.

Because bisexual on e621 is only defined as male/male and male/female interactions with the same character, as also alluded to if you click the questions mark next to "bisexual" (or my link). Additionally the bisexual tag doesn't denote "attraction" but "interaction", in the same manner we tag sex and not gender.
