The Switch and Nintendo has never given two shits about what third-parties put on their platforms beyond anything that'd get an AO rating. They're the ones who told the Bayonetta 2 devs, when they presented Ninty with a toned-down version of Bayo thinking the same thing, to 'have her show more skin'. They're also infamously the only ones who let the also infamous game BMX XXX onto their Gamecube system completely uncensored- it's the OTHER consoles that did that. Nintendo polices it's INTERNAL IPs very carefully and makes sure to keep them all-ages, but that doesn't apply to outsiders wanting on their console, they're free to make things as horny as they please.

guess you havent played a nintendo console in ages. as long as there isnt full on nudity just about anything is allowed on nintendo systems. heck there have been ports of PSN games that actually have less censorship on the switch than on sony's consoles.
