MemberIt would be better to say that all tissue damage can scar. I've had lots of cuts and abrasions that haven't scared. I can tell you that treating a cut with hydrogen peroxide causes scarring because it causes tissue damage of its own, so that can be how a paper cut could scar. It's better to treat wounds with antibiotic cream, and papercuts can be treated with chapstick as well.

Blocked...no sry kid thats wrong... my hands aren't scarred from years of papercuts/pin pricks/sunburns... your wrong. Scabs can heal the epidermis completely and perhaps even the dermis its only when all layers of skin are torn that scar tissue is needed as a quick forming tissue to help bridge the gap. otherwise the body waits for deeper skin tissue to develop.
Wikipedia - scarring is a natural part of the healing process. With the exception of very minor lesions.
Minor lesions being things like a papercut perhaps... yeh exactly
Who told u that? the company that makes the cream? bc your best off cleaning the wound with water then letting the wound dry and form a scab (unless your old maybe +40). using band-aids is the only time id recommend an antibiotic cream and I'd never recommend a band-aid (dont cover a cut unless sterile gauze is needed). Said by a person with 0 non-surgical scars.

MemberSounds like a person who has never lived, and it's hard to take seriously the medical advice of someone who uses "u" unironically.
Besides, I said "better," not best. I've only used it when an abrasion was pretty bad, or from an animal.
