That messy border towards the ceiling is irking me though. That's gonna stay visible if she doesn't fix it quick, and she's not even taped off the ceiling yet.

Depending on the brand of paint, it's gloss finish, & color you're painting over ... you can paint over with one coat. This soft lavender purple over a rose red/pink... nah 2 coats to be safe.

It's a furry universe. They have Fur friendly paint-remover shampoo

This is where keeping an older set of clothes comes into play, it doesn’t matter how dirty they get, they become a permanent set of work clothes

Y'all are going over the logistics of painting over the existing paint and arguing about whether or not the paint's gonna get stuck in her fur worse than her clothes. Never a dull moment on this site.
