    To be perfectly honest, Lizardmen would rather kill themselves by any means necessary before becoming slaves. This is twicely true for Cold Ones. So, unless they are somehow mind controlled, brainwashed, or prevented from killing themselves (usual Dark Eldar tactics regarding Lizardmen in general), this wouldn't happen. Gonna assume those are taming collars they are wearing.
