Or, rather, it has multiple canons, all contradictory.

The only consistent thing is that SCP-048 does not exist. Mainly because it tended to be where badly-written scips were posted (author!Clef even saying the scips posted to it "sucked ballz"[sic]), to the point they essentially retired the number.
