Ok, so did some reverse searching and followed source, and discovered this artist's name. It's カジぽん, which when translated via google translate (don't hurt me) means Pop Rudder. What should we tag the artist as?

1) Parahax aside, Bounce is outclassed by Fly.
2) Nobody uses Bounce or Fly on Hawlucha. Power Herb + Sky Attack, and Acrobatics are quite common though.
3) The rate of Protect working in sucession only decays when the opponent's move would have hit on that turn. Blaziken could just Protect again on the turn Bounce lands, getting +2 speed now, and raping Hawlucha.

This is old as hell but if it's a group battle and Hawlucha has Fling+ King's Rock and the unburden ability, he can still have a shot at taking out Mega Blaze even after he uses protect, just as long as he hits another Mon with it.
