It makes the shaft look even bigger, it's like drawing a character with a big head vs a small head, the small head makes the body look bigger

I'm here to report 8 months later that I still do not understand it. If the shaft is bigger but the head isn't, it just looks like a deformed penis, or one that's been silicone-pumped. Not a big healthy one. It looks unusable imo.
