Firstly, to those curious, that speech bubble says "Gao!" Japanese onomatopoeia for a Dragon's Roar. (If you've ever heard her say it in-game, she sounds adorable when she roars.)

Secondly, this picture shows off how 'cute' and 'beautiful' make a wonderfully appealing character! I must compliment the author on her eyes; they bring the entire picture together!
