Why risk going in the pokeball when you can put the pokeball in you?

honest question here. If the Pokeball were tuned in such a way that the button on the front is pressed and it activated to store the Pokemon, can it do so from the inside? Or at least, partially inside?

I'd have to guess that the pokeball opens mechanically with a force that in the majority of cases would be insufficient for operation within or partially within the rectum. I perhaps luckily can only imagine what it'd look like if it managed to open in the position depicted above.

Ah right, that makes sense. Since it doesn't need to open itself with that much force it wouldn't be designed to.

And yes, it it were to open in that position, the result certainly would be Not Comfortable™
...at least, until the Pokemon is inside the ball.
