Do you think Don Rosa's comic about Scrooge is one od the best comic books ever drawn?

Also, what if it was made today: still with the claims to be a prequel to Carl Barks stories, but also with the standards of today (sacrifying writing in order to be more appropriate for nobody the modern audience and featuring minorities that are free to commit very bad actions because the villain are straight white men)? could you imagine that?
