At first, I thought it looked like a German Marder, but it looks like a much heavier vehicle; tracks don't match, has larger turret and main gun (looks like a 90mm) than the Marder's 20mm autocannon.
Then I noticed the "bullseye' on the side of the turret and a quick Google search and BAM! It's a Swedish Spz 2000, based off the CV90 series of IFVs.

MemberWell, if I could get that as a Tier 5... It's a whole lot more modern than what's in WoT. Smallish gun, zero effective armor, but likely zippy fast.

Close, but no cigar. It's a CV90 alright, but it's Finnish. The "Ps 171-5" designation shows it, as does the "bulls-eye" symbol which is the emblem of Finnish armored vehicles.
As proof, here's the tank two numbers smaller than the one depicted: http://img104.imageshack.us/img104/7510/cv90uh4.jpg
And the gun is a 30mm Bushmaster MkII autocannon.
