A cave full of imps and a giant fungus that you would like to avoid unless you can fly or have a powerful fire attack like the one you can get from akbal

Er... Nah. You can try always submitting to Abkal, then when you're at at least 80 corruption, you get his green fire breath attack.

I went to the deepwoods again and again for a week (in game time, of course) and haven't found any dungeon. I only have the factory, the one that you need to beat the Sphinx riddle game to enter (the one of the witches) and the one of the Harpies, Queen Harpy and Phoenixes.

There are a couple.
Some followers can help lower your corruption: talking with Amily (-0.5), having Arian treat you (-1 once a day), or meditating with Jojo (-2 once a day). If Marble is a follower and you've had kids, you can have a playdate with your brood and that'll take it down a little.
Consuming bee honey will lower corruption, if you don't mind the transformative side-effects.
Possibly the quickest way to reduce your corruption score is in the village of Owca. After the first time you face the demons in the pit (win or lose), the sheep girl Rebecc will kindly offer to give your weary body a milk bath any time you want. Letting her bathe you will lower your corruption by 2 each time. The best part is that you can do this multiple times a day. You could probably spend a whole week letting Rebecc bathe you if you wanted!

You will not lose kiha if you don't interact with her while your corruption is high as for the cave not appearing that's weird it should have appeared by exploring the deepwoods as soon as you completed the factory quest Did you went to see marae after beating the factory? if not then that's the problem the factory quest end when you see marae

An easier way is if you have the pure pearl marae gives you just activate the debug mode and use the pearl as much as need to lower corruption

Well then keep exploring maybe you should try with an older version of the game, myabe the encounter of the cave is broken in this version
