MemberBiologically? yes. Though i do believe the chances of retardation increase even with mixing every other generation. Also look at breeding on animals. Many dogs types are results of selective breeding+inbreeding to get the dogs to that point. Etc so yes. Biology is weird.

BlockedThink another rule of thumb is you can get a little bit more viability between siblings. Something about being more genetic diversity between siblings than between parent and offspring. I'd go looking for a better/more accurate source, but for some reason I don't really feel like having questions relating to viable genetic channels through incest in my search history.
