You create a character tag simply by adding a tag "char:Your_Name"
If the character is a robot, tag as such. Delete old or conflicting tags which do not apply.

Tag what you see, not what you know. I think that applies even to the artists. ...but she does seem like an obvious android-type robot to me, not a cyborg.

Her forearms are about the same size as an ordinary forearm, just instead of the hard white plastic, it is metal with a slightly blue rubberized finish.

As for the honkers... Artists choice, and being a synthetic being she can be a model of perfection.
