Memberso the Ogryn, Squats, Ratlings, Navigators and to a lesser extent the Beastmen in the WH40K aren't used by the IOM? last I checked all but the Beastmen were actively used...the Beastmen are getting the short end of the stick right now as of the late 41st millennium they were classed as "mutants" by the Departmento Munitorum because the largely puritan inquisitors heaped enough pressure in the form of saying that the Beastmen couldn't be so radically different than humans without being tainted by chaos energy.
