Jin may have dodged answering with a question but Mr Isao was only too happy to oblige Jin here. It's obvious that he's proud of Kieko and loves his wife dearly.

Love Love LOVE the comic and this artist but this dad, as fun as he is, is SUS af.

Its obvious this guy has only the purest form of Love for his wife and daughter, absolutely innocent, and because, or in spite, however you'd see it, if Keiko did approach her dad, he'd sleep with her without hesitation. Probably seeing it as just another way to bond.
