Are we totally sure those are boobs and not moobs? Given the tummy, I think this is just an overweight guy. The child post even calls them moobs instead of boobs.

For it to be overweight the character needs to sport more than that sort of belly. It would fit slight_chubby however.
Also the posts may be having different tags atm because people keep changing it from being a male to gynomorph and vice-versa.

Thanks for asking, had to ask a mod to intervene due to to tag war...
Three things sort of seal it. Character has HUGE feminine hips, character has eyelashes, character has breasts (moobs are technically still breasts and as hairnoi said, they would actually need the overweight tag).
The other thing is that while the child post, either here on e621 or on the original source... Well~ they are not used for tagging, except for character names and sometimes species.
I'm not a mod, just trying to give some clarity to this since I was active in that little tag war. If you need a bit more help I'd look at the sites guides for tagging genders. :3

Checked the source, it's just moobs. Ralsei is just being a perfect chubby femboy
