JanitorWell, if with "original" you mean the previous version, it's GIF transcoded into MP4 by Twitter and then converted back to GIF by user, so it's full of video artifacting around the edges and the framerate/frame times were completely nuked, so the alteration of speed is literally byproduct of misshandling of the file.
