Yeah just went back to go over Monday Morning and top right panel of page 3 Serah's catching Seb pitching a tent and Seb noting they hadn't bathed together in a while.
Looks like she had an idea she was the cause of Seb's morning wood and seeing he was pent up enough to jack it with her in the room with her she'd drop her panties and see if she could tease him a bit but wouldn't stop him if it led to her getting bent over by him.

As an afterthought - given Serah's stronger personality, can you imagine if Seb had said "Hey, no sis! Get out of here!" and tossed her naked from the shower?
She would have been totally pissed and he would have had HELL to pay for weeks afterwards. Am I right?

This not having a description makes this feel like it's up to us to interpret, I choose to see this as her looking back on things
