This image is publicly available, for absolutely no charge at all, at the given source and appears to legitimately have been posted by the artist.

Unless the artist has engaged the moderators to specifically exclude themselves from this site, there's no reason this image can't be here.

edit: This image appears to depict a human with two non-furry animals. It *might* not be relevant to the site. But it isn't paywalled content that is unwelcome.

I don't see any obvious compression artifacts or blocking, and the image is not unreasonably small. (It doesn't warrant an "x for ants" meme)
