Of the characters I've seen in The Owl House, I think King is the most interesting.

Also, based on his posture, I'm guessing the nyeh-nyehs are aimed at him. Otherwise, if they were coming from him, he'd likely be accompanying them with a variation of an akanbe or something similar.
