Dragging someone away from their hostile obsessions isn't bad at all. Anger has been proven to cause all sorts of health issues too, so stopping someone you love from losing their mind over pointless things is actually a good thing to do.

I'm glad they decide that. Passion in some subjects is healthy, especially if it is something important to them. Walking from every disagreement is less so
