So whats the deal with the e6 mascots, are they like actually owned by somebody or were they a series of one-off drawings that happened to be chosen for the front page?

If I remember right, there was a contest a long time ago to find a mascot for the site. Hexerade and Esix were made the mascots for the site, but the other entries were popular enough that they all are choices on the main page.

And if I remember, some users cheated with something similar to ballot stuffing (vote stuffing?), so it came down to administrative votes to intervene.

Hopefully You upload the stocking version on the front page.
