That's what the 'girly' tag is, and 'femboy' is aliased to that tag.

From the tag definition: "A male bodied character with a feminine personality, clothing, and sometimes body type (sans breasts of course)." So it fits.

i feel like they should have something in addition to the girly tag, since that also applies to trans characters. the logic might be because theres not much reason to differentiate trans/nb characters in a community of OC artwork, but it just aint the same

Eh, they have the girly tag, and I think that's enough. Otherwise, to differentiate between trans and NB characters, there are lore tags which can specify those characteristics.
