It's implied by human_on_feral, so you would need to remove both tags at the same time.

Zoophilia is either sexually and ROMANTICALLY attraction to beasts or non-human animals. There's a distinction between zoophilia and bestiality, but the site won't let you tag nothing with a zoophilia tag because it's directly aliased with bestiality. A little hint which I could tell you is that the tag human_on_anthro explicitly state: "When a human character is depicted ROMANTICALLY or sexually with an anthro character", while gives a sample SWF image as an example.
I know exactly what the confusion is, but let's use a bit of common sense, if a person kissed an animal in its mouth, muzzle or whatever in public, the people wouldn't take it cute and most likely you'd be seen as a kinky creep.
