Ah yes I remember now, it was a long time since I joined mlp Fandom and saw a lot of these kind of images, I think others artists used the same format with other characters.

It is just a remake from a Pic that became famous back in 2010. Search "mordecai twilight wish right now" and look for a MS paint picture.
