Memberthe thrusts seem off and the sound isn't the best, but other wise it looks really good!
user 656946
MemberThe thrust are the only issue, maybe slow em down a bit and add some more weight to them, it will make it look less janky.

MemberThanks for the feedback. I'll keep this stuff in mind when going forward. This is actually only 2 minutes of a longer render I wanted to post, but I had a funny feeling something was off, but I just couldn't put a finger on it. Again, thank you for taking the time to criticize my work.
Zenfoldt
MemberI didn't hear anything.
My only issue with the thrusts were Clair's body seeming not connected with it at all. Her body is barely being pushed at all.
I thought dogs hump fast though @Mudwatch . There is something off about the motion though. Not bad, for their first time though. I've seen much worse.
pog benis
MemberThanks for the analysis. I'll go ahead and look into trying to make her reaction a bit more dramatic.
And the dog's motion is from what others have pointed out. There's varied motion in there, but it's just going too fast to tell. And it just comes out looking 'janky'.

MemberQuite a hot animation and very good for a first. My only complaint was the sound was too low. Had to check to see that my headphone was working and then turn my volume all the way up to hear anything.

MemberIf you're looking to be as accurate as possible, a canine doesn't force the inflated knot inside, but has it inflate within the vagina.

MemberGreat first animation- i wonder how polished/great your 1000th animation will be compared to this one
Nei-Ning
MemberSame with me. I used headphones and I had to turn volume on 100% so that I heard anything. Otherwise I liked this animation a lot!
pog benis
MemberThanks for pointing that out. I see where the issue is coming from now. I'm using a digital audio converter, which actuates the sound a lot higher than normal. So, I'll try to be more mindful of how I'm adjusting the audio.
Canine Supremacy
Memberhe's a very, very, very happy dog

MemberAudio is very quiet other than that nice

MemberDO NOT SLOW DOWN THE HUMP
right now it is fairly realistic. Dogs do not hump slow and methodical as these people suggest. They hump as fast as they physically can.
Maybe add a bit follow-through to add weight to the hump, but please don't tone down the speed.
pog benis
MemberThanks for the heads-up. You're right about the instinctual nature when it comes to dogs and their behavior.
I'm currently looking into alternatives, including the one you suggested, to solve the issue.

MemberNice start! A few notes besides what's already been said:
In the side shots, the dog's body looks almost humanoid, especially the backwards arch on the hip rotation used for the thrusts; dogs thrust by curving their lower body. Not sure if that's baked into the model or something you have control over.
Dogs *can* hump that quickly, but generally not at a sustained rate, and their pace tends to be pretty erratic. You mentioned that there's some variation in there, but without paying special attention it looks like it just keeps going at the same pace, fast enough for bits to start blurring.
There seems to be no independent motion in the tail - it's like it just hanging from its attachment point with adjustments for gravity.
Dogs try to go deep and stay deep, so I don't think you'd normally get the mid-shaft thrusts you've got here.
And on the sound, I don't think a dog that's panting that hard will suddenly stop for the occasional quiet whimper.
Damn nice first video for all that, though; I look forward to seeing where you go from here.

MemberWow, that's a very in-depth analysis. I really wasn't expecting something this intricate, but I do appreciate it.
A lot of what you pointed out can be fixed in the final render. Others will have to do wait until I redo the rig.

BlockedYes please! Sign me up! I actually liked the calm audio, seemed more real. Everything is great except a little more weight to the thrusts.

MemberThere was absolutely no transition between rapid thrusts and stopping for a slow penetration prior to knotting, either you gotta gradually slow before doing a push, or you gotta do a fast hard thrust, forcing the knot in... in either case, even someone who's been drugged will have some form of response, especially after 2 minutes of initial wake up
pog benis
MemberSorry, but I'm having a hard time trying to understand what you're pointing out. If you can put down some time stamps pertaining to your critique, I'll go ahead and look them over.
