It Was changed to 'questionable' (because 'safe' was locked for "pussy") as there is NOTHING EXPLICIT about this image, but that has since been changed back and LOCKED as EXPLICIT.
So by the logic of who ever locked it, this is NSFW, Do Not Show this to Anyone under 18 years of age. If you have this as a background, better hide it from your mother when she visits. If you print this at Walmart or Staples, you should be ashamed and embarrassed as you try to explain to the worker why you dare print such a thing in public.

    Added to the description too.

Shock horror, on an image board anything remotely nsfw (which animal genitalia is) is explicit. e621 has to take an overabundance of caution to avoid getting sued for showing nsfw content to minors (yes the site as a whole is 18+ but there's still e926 & other sites to access e621 that may block explicit posts)

Sure it's natural and all, but that's how the world is.

How do you know their internal politics?

I can make an educated guess? I run my own websites and navigating around explicit content and minors is a very touchy subject and an overabundance of caution is much better than getting sued

Fair enough. Don't know why someone didn't like my question though.
