I dont think this is 2d, I think its a 3d animated scene without any shading so it looks flat.

why does this look so much like the animation style in the newer "netflix originals" animes?

The way that the top just ejaculated one big load directly into the bottom's mouth while being knotted at the end is what took it away for me.
