Since I don't know how old this post is, I cannot assume this was due to the recent addition of the femboy tag... But it is concerning if that is the case.
Tag what you see should only be applicable when confirmed information by the artist doesn't exist and hasn't been confirmed.
This is kinda why I've been suggesting more specific taggings in the e621 discord, to simply find posts easier, not to be a nuisance, but for multiple improvements...

detailed tags would be nice .. i been trying but gave up some 5 yrs ago as the "LORE_" stuff started to show up
