Just for anyone who doesn't know. On the left side, below all of the tags, there is a header called HISTORY. Under that, if you click tags, it will take you to a full history of everyone who made tag changes and when they where made.

As for these 800+ tags, a large majority of the credit goes to klorpa although he has since been band from e621 ironically dew to tagging abuse.
