Backstory:
Things had changed on Sauria.

About the time the Venomian War was ending in the rest of the Lylat Belt, Sauria’s natural electromagnetic field that surrounded the planet, normally making space travel prohibitively difficult, began to deteriorate.

Existing laws prevented colonization of the planet. But commercialization was another matter entirely.

Suddenly disaffected young Kremlings, freshly abandoned by their former king, were eating mass-produced fast food, wearing machine-woven clothes in languages they didn’t understand, and fucking in cheap chain motels. All while being recruited and indoctrinated into the newest tribe- the Sharpclaw.

Some said the king was going to come back. They got clear broadcasts from off-planet often enough to know that he’d become a celebrity of some kind. Obviously he was gathering the wealth from the rest of the system to bring back to Sauria, and put the loyal Kremlings back on top. But for now, the mad Sharpclaw General plotted and schemed and desecrated sacred sites in search of...something.

Sometimes his followers wondered if even he knew what for.

Commentary:
I couldn’t help myself. I had to come back and fix it. The dialogue was all screwed up and contradicted itself. And if I was going to go in and fix the dialogue, I couldn’t be happy with JUST fixing the dialogue. I had to do more.

So I used this as an opportunity to try out manipulating models in Blender. I recreated the scene with Design Doll, exported the scene into Blender, then sliced up official models of Kludge and Krystal to attach to the dolls, and get a janky-but-proportional 3D reference of the scene. I heavily altered the proportions, though.

I’m really quite happy with the results. I had to work through a lot of “you’re cheating! You’re not a REAL artist!” But, come on, I’m not even a professional here. I’m a hobbyist. I just wanna make smut of characters existing in the cultural consciousness as a means of asserting my repressed sexuality on a society that tries to erase me.

I also revamped the story entirely in this scenario. The old one just wasn’t working. There’s a lot of new decisions that have been made behind the scenes, but they’re not really apparent from the scene here.
