  • So is the only way to view the whole comic to purchase it, or will it also release for free in segments like other comics?

  • If anyone has purchased this, I'd actually appreciate some information.

First, the description refers to this as a comic, but the name indicates an an anthology. Which is it? A set of related comics or a single 144 page comic?

Second, the title is "Mind-Break Yuri," but I don't trust comic titles to be very accurate. Is it actually fully or mostly female/female art / stories? And then, does it actually have mind-break themes, and if so, how prevalent are they?

I like female/female art a whole lot, and this looks promising to me, but mind-break stuff is not my jam. We don't really see much of it in these preview pages though, so I'm not at all sure what to expect.

So if you're right, this would be the biggest comic by far, and the others would be smaller then, but there ARE others. Well, this one seems promising, so that's nifty. Thanks for the information!

Hopefully someone else can answer the other questions as well.

Also i belive mind-break is just the name of the comic series, but what i seen in terms of mind break from this comic is someone getting more addictive/ less resistance to having sex, hence midday is not opposing to having sex with her younger sister midnight because midday was raped in the previous comic to this series and this one should be pure female/female comic given the Yuri nature.

The full comic is available here [https://gumroad.com/kikunyi#gQuFV] or here [https://kicknyi.e-junkie.com/product/1631257/5BPokemon-Anthology5D-Mind-Break-Yuri], for 22USD.

If you mean putting up the full thing for free, that's encouraging piracy and against the rules, which can get you suspended.

uhh, no its not piracy. pokemon is copywritten and trademarked product of nintendo, game freak, and the pokemon company. the mere fact that whoever made this made this specifically to sell breaks copyright in and of itself and is thus a form of piracy. someone taking it and posting it for free on a porn site is in fact not piracy. nor is it in violation of law as the original artist has given up anyrights to the image simply by violating copyright.

people tend to forget that pokemon is someone elses intelectual property, anytime someone violates that by charging for a product depicting them, they themselves have lost any rights to that image or series of images.

tl;dr- its not piracy because the author has no rights to the comic because its mere existance is a copyright violation.

You may want to rethink that. If this counts as a derivative work and the creator didn't have the right to publish it, it doesn't fall into the public domain. If it did, that would paradoxically mean they would be allowed to sell it since there's no such restrictions on public domain material.

The original copyright holder (Ninty/GF/TCP) holds the rights to derivative works and they'd need to give permission to repost in that case. And good luck getting them to authorize distribution of lesbian bestiality pokemon porn.

That's of course assuming it doesn't classify as a transformative work, which allows the artist to make/sell it. In that case, the artist does retain the rights to the work and you'd need permission from them to repost the full thing (which of course they haven't given).

Either way, you need permission from someone to repost. It's not a free-for-all no matter which it falls under.

im not denying that they need permission to repost, and being a "transformative work" didnt save that eeveelutions comic did it? nintendo still sued and pressed for a cease and desist. the point i made is that the author has zero rights to any monetary gain from their work because they are illegally utilizing anothers ip without authorization. yes in general it is respectful to not repost something that the author has asked not to be reposted... however, my point was that from a LEGAL standpoint the author has no rights to claiming it as his property. im not trying to start something here, im simply pointing out that while yes the authors wishes about reposting should be upheld, from a legal standpoint whoever posted it here isnt breaking any copyrights, since the mere fact that the author is selling it without permission from the copyright holders strips any legal protections they may have had.

A cease and desist is not the same as being sued, it's a threat to sue if the claimed infringing activity doesn't stop (keyword being "claimed", not "legally proven"). With the eeveelutions comic, if I recall correctly it was even further from that since it was Patreon threatening to pull the plug and cut off the artist's income, which they needed to pay the bills. So rather than have no income while they spent who knows how much money to fight the claims in court, it was just easier for them to stop working on it and redo it in a different setting. In any case, it was never ruled to be infringing.

And the point I was making is that, regardless of the comic itself being infringing or not, no one has the right to post the full thing without permission from the copyright owner, whoever that would legally be. If the comic is not infringing, the copyrights would belong to the artist. If the comic is infringing, the copyrights would belong to Nintendo/TCP/GF (actually it's probably a fair bit more complicated than that, it can easily become a tangled mess when dealing with multiple creators). Either way, it's copyright infringement to post the full thing without permission.

I get what your saying, true because its pokemon it has a low copywright claim, but it be stealing one person artwork which is wrong

  • I just hate paywalls. as usual find what seems to be a good comic and can't even see it cause paywall.
