I'd blame that on the fact that seemingly Comet can't draw realistic animals to save himself. He might get better with exercise/criticism, but what I've seen so far is crap.

To be terribly honest wouldn't even consider those drawings more than pre-alpha-versions - with a hell of a lot to go.
