Kyogre has always struck me as one of the most mysterious
pokemon out there. Having this Powerful aura to the dood that
says: "I'm legendary for a reason."

As For Doodle Notes:
The main points would be in Body Shine and Effects!~★

Body shine is an incredible technique and can truly bring
characters like Kyogre or Jack Dragon to life. It
gives them a special kinda detail:
What they're made of!

In Jack's case since his skins like liquid rubber, He has a
full body shine. Though in Kyogre's case since he's aqua
life he's sun shined. (Shines in direct sunlight) small effects
like that can make a world of difference, Dood!

Speaking of Effects!
Water effects and liquid effects, in general, are great ways of
adding a healthy amount of extra to a doodle! Effects are a great
way to convey a mini-story!

Like Groudon standing in lava tells the mini-story of:
"The Great Groundon Emerges from the molten earth!"

And Kyogre Sitting, drenched tells the mini-story of:
"The Mysterious Kyogre swims to the surface from the deepest sea!"

Effects are amazing storytelling tools,
Both in comics and in stand-alone doodles, Dood.
