Yo. Now he/it is back in ME 3, provided it survived the suicide mission in back in ME 2 of course, but it'll be back for sho'! xD Not sure if it will be a romance option though... But I bet you ANYTHING BioWare has at least considered and tested that out. As for putting it into the game...I dunno. But hey, look at what they've done so far and will bring out soon anyway, right?
