Just the Bosmer of Valenwood, most of which abide by the Green Pact. But, of course, the way the Pact is shown here is wrong.

The Green Pact forbids the destruction of plant life in any form, so tranformed Fenrig wearing flowers and leaves goes right against it (unless they're fakes made of dyed leather or something.) Cannibalism is also only to be performed on defeated enemies, not just whenever, and had also fallen out of common practice by the Second Age. If any Green Pact following Bosmer, or even just a common Bosmer, showed up now, they'd certainly have sharp words and possibly a sharp blade aimed at transformed Fenrig.

That's not quite accurate. The Green Pact only applies to the province of Valenwood itself. Bosmer who reside outside of Valenwood are free to violate it, if they so choose. This is why Bosmer are able to import lumber and other building materials from outside Valenwood for the purposes of construction and other such matters.

Also, the Green Pact gives the Bosmer a 3 day time limit to consume any meat they kill. They don't have to chow down on it right then and there.

At this point, we are all confused.

Any and all misrepresentations of the Green Pact can of course be attributed to Fenrig's personal views of the bosmer.

I think by this point if the one cursed by the "sexy girl magic" develops a more romantic connection to someone (aside from the sex part, that is) this will cause the curse to pass on to its next victim, so as long as they dont get emotionally attached you are safe to go and have safe sexy times.
That is unless after reading this last page the curse can be passed just by bitting your victim.

This is the work of Sheogorad, there's not telling how the curse could spread. I doubt even the Mad God himself knows for certain.
