So reading that correctly: he had to remove it because enough people considered it offensive and reported it for such causing it to be in violation and since those people knew it existed here they then contacted him about it being here.

That's the only conclusion that honestly makes sense, since this page is still up at the IB source.

Edit: incorrect. evidently using patreon links causes this with patreon staff. don't link people's patron if it involves explicit material in the description.
