Yes and no. It's a fan-made "Metal" evolution of Dobermon.

For those that are actually interested, Dobermon had a small appearance in Digimon Tamers, wherein he sacrificed himself so that the main characters could biomerge with their Digimon in the real world.

Dobermon is also in Time Traveling Hunter Boys (7th season) as the partner of one of the characters on the show.
