Most likely Fahrenheit. 400° Celsius is really hot, and most baking would be done in Fahrenheit anyway . Besides, 126.85° Celsius is hardly enough to bake cookies given 400° Kelvin.

You're not a cook unless you've screwed up at least one recipe.

As a baker, I can truthfully say that I use Celsius, but that is simply because that is the standard unit used here in Australia.
