Only cause of this you deserve a bazillion downvotes.

This is why, I buy the OEM version of an operating system instead of the commercial version. Seriously, tech support helps little. You can find out more by pulling up another computer and using google. I swear.

Granted, Foamy at least admits he caused the problem to begin with. xD

The reason they give the simple answers first is because the persons problem may seem incredibly indepth, but it just turns out to be the clients stupidity. It's mandatory. They need to, rather than pushing you further and further up the technical support chain, only to find out it was something incredibly easy to fix.
