I couldn't help but notice in the sequel, Ronno's mother is a submissive doe, apologizing to her son when he's the one being rude and mean.
Made me think she's kind of a door mat for whenever Ronno wants something...even if its not exactly something he SHOULD have. She'll still give it to him.
