Oh, this is an actual pokemon? I thought it was a fan hybrid of zoroark and like, luxuray or somtehing.

Yeah, folks hacked ultra sun/moon and this thing is what is being kept for some post game event. it has volt absorb and it's trademarck attack is an electric hit that makes it so that if the foe uses a normal type move, it becomes electric.
