No it's not a barcode. They're vertical lines on one side of the torso. Thanks for nit picking though.

I was only nitpicking in the case that it was, in fact, a barcode.

Not my character. I went by the description given; Black vertical lines on one side of the chest at various thicknesses. Find the character's owner and ask him..
