It's really not.
If you look at the nail on the canine's thumb, you'll notice how it tapers to a slight point, emulating a claw.

It's coming out of the core of that thumb joint and not the end, and it's thin and tapered because it's a profile view of a long fingernail and should look like that either way, so it registered human to me but whatever.

None of the other fingers even have finger nails or claws to know what they would look like from a front view anyways.
