Huh, someone just edited out Lucario's dick out and that's it, I guess to make a more ambiguous/female version? Whatever works I guess!

We usually encourage people to ask artists for permission in advance before making edits to their work. Nevertheless, it's cool that you're alright with this one, and it's a relaxed position I wish more artists and commissioners held.
