Regardless of them being originally human, they're not human anymore. If anything, they'd probably be closer to be classified as stuffed animals with the way their design is if you didn't want to classify it as an actual animal, but they're definitely not human anymore. Bestiality or plushophilia, but I'm sure most would agree with bestiality.
