Memberwhy are there more male than female genital mutilation pics?
and pics with breasts getting cut off are even rarer
Chevazan
MemberMaybe - and only maybe - because breasts are in human mind a part of the body, but testicles only an attachment.

BlockedClose. Compare the terms "circumcision" for men and "genital mutilation" for women. It's really a matter of culture perception of men and women. The latter is afforded a greater level of bodily autonomy.

BlockedWell, like I said, genital integrity is really only ever seen as a priority for women. Heck, it goes even further than that. Can you imagine what would happen if 5 guys were laughing about how some women had her labia filleted off by her husband? Apparently, if a man gets disfigured by his wife in a similar manner, that's totally fucking hilarious and you can laugh about it.
But that's a more blatant, obvious example. Other examples are how the idea of reproductive rights are largely afforded to women. Meanwhile, a man can be stuck paying a women child support after having his reproductive rights violating. That's not a one off case either.
You can get more of an idea from this writeup.
There's also the matter of how sexual consent is handled with a man requiring a 15 page contract while a women doesn't need any, really. A women can get drunk of her own accord, be the initiator in sexual congress, and it would be seen as the man being labeled a rapist in many college campuses.
I'm not going to go any further because talking about this fills me with more and more rage but I hope it gets the point across. Before anyone mentions it, yes. Reproductive rights are a form of bodily autonomy. Also, that Dave skit I linked? 2004.
