I did this edit myself a while back. Just now realized I should post it upon only seeing annoyingly censored ones.

Only problem I am seeing is why it seems like it's first downscaled from original post, then colored and uncensored and then upscaled back to original resolution?

I noticed it looks like that, yeah. I don't know what the culprit is, because I opened the raw file from the original into Photoshop and exported it as a lossless PNG at the same resolution. I don't know if Photoshop screwed with it, but I'm assuming it must have.
